Welcome to The Care League ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website (www.thecareleague.org), applying for membership, or utilizing our concierge, lifestyle management, and health coordination services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

The Care League provides premium, membership-based 360° support, including but not limited to fractional executive assistance, travel and lifestyle logistics, family coordination, and health appointment arrangement.

Important Health Coordination Disclaimer: The Care League acts strictly as a logistical coordinator and networking service. We are not a healthcare provider, medical facility, or medical advisory service. Any health-related services, including but not limited to medical appointments, regenerative therapies, mental health support, and performance wellness, are provided exclusively by independent, third-party licensed professionals. The Care League does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Membership & Billing

  • Application and Acceptance: Membership is subject to an application process and approval by The Care League. We reserve the right to refuse membership at our sole discretion.

  • Fees: Membership fees are billed according to your selected tier (e.g., Professionals, Athletes, Agencies). All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your specific membership agreement.

  • Cancellations: Members may cancel their subscription according to the terms outlined in their individual onboarding agreement.

4. Third-Party Providers and Vetted Network

To fulfill your requests, The Care League engages a curated network of third-party vendors, contractors, and professionals (e.g., travel agencies, physicians, private chefs, financial advisors).

  • While we rigorously vet our network, The Care League does not assume liability for the actions, omissions, or quality of service provided by these independent third parties.

  • Any contracts, treatments, or agreements entered into with a third-party provider are solely between you and that provider.

5. Member Obligations & Code of Conduct

To ensure we can provide the highest level of service, members agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when making requests.

  • Treat The Care League staff, concierge team, and third-party vendors with respect.

  • Refrain from requesting any services that are illegal, unethical, or violate the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to refuse any request that violates this standard.

6. Confidentiality

The Care League operates on absolute discretion. We agree to maintain the confidentiality of your requests, travel plans, and personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. In return, members agree to respect the privacy of other members and the proprietary nature of The Care League's vetted network and internal operations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Care League, its founders, employees, and advisors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our Services, or your interactions with any third-party providers introduced through our network.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms of Service or engage in conduct deemed harmful to The Care League or its network.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
